The Creator's Operating System

CreatorPipeline

Creator Pipeline is the all-in-one mobile app for creators who treat their content like a real business. Instead of juggling multiple tools, everything lives in one place: your content schedule, cross-platform analytics, revenue tracking, brand deals, invoices, expenses, tax records, sponsor contacts, and even your personal to-dos. It's built around the way creators actually work day to day, so you can spend less time managing chaos and more time creating.

01 — Home

Your Creator Business,
Fully Organized

One home screen built to keep you focused on what matters. The Pace Tracker shows how you're progressing on your current project, while your pipeline, upcoming deadlines, and idea count give you a quick snapshot of what's ahead. The Active Work card surfaces the exact project you should be working on next, complete with its subtasks. Finish a task, check it off, hit Schedule, and the next project automatically moves into place. The Creator Pipeline home screen gives you a focused view of what needs your attention.

02 — Calendar

Your Monthly Schedule
At A Glance

Surprise deadlines are how content gets rushed and quality slips. The Creator Pipeline Calendar helps you stay ahead of both. Every scheduled post appears as a colored dot on its due date, with each platform assigned its own color so your entire month is easy to scan in seconds. Tap any day to see what's planned, scroll ahead to map out future content, and quickly spot both open gaps and overloaded weeks before they become a problem.

Track Cross-Platform Growth
and Analytics

Away with shuffling between different creator dashboards just to understand how your business is performing. Creator Pipeline lets you bring your earnings, followers, views, and engagement from every platform into one clear overview. Compare this month to last month, this year to last year, or zoom out and track your growth across your entire creator journey. You can also log brand deals, other incomes, subtract expenses, and instantly see your real net earnings. At the bottom of the Analytics screen, the Forecast card projects where your numbers are heading based on your current performance trends. From the very first day of a new month or year, you can already see estimated month-end and year-end projections for your growth, engagement, and earnings. It gives you an early read on whether your current creative direction is working, whether you need to tighten things up, or whether it's time to double down and push even harder on what's already gaining momentum.

All The Professional Tools You Need

When a brand asks for your rates, payment details, or an invoice, you shouldn't have to scramble to put things together. Creator Pipeline gives you the tools to handle the business side professionally from day one. Create branded rate cards you can share instantly, generate polished invoices with custom invoice numbering and your brand identity built in, track sponsorship payments, manage your sponsor contacts, and keep tabs on expenses without needing spreadsheets. Recurring & scheduled costs can auto-log themselves, tax-deductible expenses stay organized year-round, and exporting everything at tax time takes one tap instead of one stressful weekend.

05 — Ideas

A Notepad For All Your Ideas

The best ideas rarely arrive when you're sitting at your desk ready to work. They show up during walks, in the shower, or right before you fall asleep. Ideas Notepad gives you a fast place to capture them before they disappear. Add a title, jot down the concept, choose the platform(s), and move on. When an idea is ready to become real content, send it straight into your Pipeline with a single tap.

06 — Pipeline

Manage All Your Content In Pipeline

Managing content across multiple platforms can get messy fast. A YouTube upload, three TikToks, a podcast episode, Instagram Reels — all moving at different speeds. Pipeline keeps everything organized in one place. Every project is color-coded by platform, sorted by deadline, and shows exactly how many days you have left. Add projects and break them into subtasks (e.g. Ideate, Script, Record, Edit, Upload, or your own custom flow), and focus on one at a time. Recurring projects can automatically regenerate on your preferred schedule. Need some time off? You can pause your entire pipeline and pick up right where you left off when you're ready to return.

Your Productivity,
Measured In 1 Score

"Am I actually being productive, or just busy?" — there's now an honest answer. Your Productivity Score is one number that reflects how reliably you finish what you start. Every pipeline project the app assesses adds to it; every subtask you ship on time pushes it up. See your score for each month or year, and how it compares to the previous period. A simple pointer to whether your output is matching your ambition — so when it's slipping, you spot it early enough to course-correct.

08 — Topics

Discover Your Most Engaging Topics

Most creators have a hunch about which content does best, but a hunch isn't a strategy. Topics turns your gut feeling into actual data. Group your published content by topics using keywords like #Unboxing, #Mystery, etc., log the metrics when posts go live, and watch the app rank each topic by engagement score with a trend chart for every one. You'll see exactly which topics pull their weight and which are quietly declining — so you spend your creative energy on the topics that actually move the needle, and retire the ones that fall flat.

09 — Brand Identity

Brand Identity Setup

Upload your logo, enter your creator or business name, choose your invoice number format, and you're done. Every invoice and rate card you generate from that point forward automatically carries your branding and sequential invoice numbering. No more designing invoices from scratch or copying old templates every time a payment comes in. Your setup is handled once so you can focus on the actual work.

10 — Rate Card

Set Your Rates.
Share One Clean Document.

"What are your rates?" shouldn't feel stressful. Build your rate card once and keep it ready to send at any time, or instantly create a new one in less than 30 seconds. Add your services across every platform, assign your pricing, and share the finished card instantly as a branded PDF or image. Your logo and business identity are already built in, so every response feels polished, professional, and confident — without last-minute scrambling.

11 — Focus & Wellness

Focus Mode +
Wellness Card

Sitting down to actually work? Tap Focus Mode for a 25-minute Pomodoro timer locked onto your current subtask — when it ends, take a 5-minute break and run another. Long days at the desk? The Wellness card prompts an eye care break every 20 minutes (the 20-20-20 rule) and a movement reminder every 40, so you don't finish the week with a stiff neck and a headache. A dashboard that fights for your output and your body.

12 — Personal Tasks

We Didn't Forget Your Personal Tasks

You're a creator. You're also a parent, a partner, a student, the person who has to remember to renew the car insurance. Most creator apps pretend the rest of your life doesn't exist. We don't. The Personal Tasks section gives daily life its own home — right in the Personal Tasks dashboard, with notification reminders, separate from content, never lost in your project list. And because we know consistency is the whole game, your Personal Task History tracks two things: how often you actually finish what you committed to that day (Completion Rate), and how often tasks slip to a later day (Carry-Over Rate). A year-long heatmap then shows you the rhythm: your strong months, your slumps, the patterns you'd otherwise never notice.

Everything Else
You Need

A — Brand Deals & Payment Tracker

Brand Deals &
Payment Tracker

Brand deals are exciting until you lose track of who paid what. Creator Pipeline helps you stay organized from the moment a sponsorship starts. Log the campaign, brand, deliverables, and agreed payment amount, and the Payment Tracker automatically keeps tabs on what you've been paid and what's still outstanding. As deposits or milestone payments come in, update the tracker in seconds. No more digging through emails or second-guessing whether it's time to follow up.

B — Expense Manager

Recurring, Scheduled
& Tax-Deductible

Every business expense — your editing software subscription, your studio rent, the camera lens you bought for a shoot — gets logged in seconds. Set the ones that repeat (Adobe, web hosting) as Recurring and they auto-record on a schedule so you never forget them again. Schedule a one-off expense for a future date if you know it's coming. And mark any expense as Tax Deductible at the moment of logging — then at tax time, export the entire list with a single tap. Your accountant will love you.

C — Invoicing

Invoicing in Detail

Create invoices that look polished, professional, and ready for real business. Pull in a client from your contacts, fill the service being offered, and the invoice automatically fills with your branding and invoice number. Save drafts, mark invoices as sent, export them as PDFs, and track incoming payments without juggling separate tools. What used to take half an hour now takes less than a minute.

D — Collab Contacts

Collab Contacts

Keep every brand manager, collaborator, editor, and PR contact in one organized place. Instead of searching through old emails or DMs, your entire network stays easy to access whenever a new opportunity comes up. You can even attach notes to each contact so you always remember previous conversations, collaborations, or important details before reaching out again.
